UP Skills

Chase Up Skills programs offer a progressive skills format and trainings that challenge the individual with innovative drills and personal coaching attention in small groups sessions

UP Skills Overview

Sessions are conducted by experienced coaching staff who care about the players they coach and take pride in player development.

Highlights of an UP Skills session include ball handling, footwork, finishing at the basket, building strength and fitness, and gameplay.

The UP Skills program is divided into four levels. This format allows athletes to have access to a progression pathway and caters to a range of ages and skill levels.
