Is Chase Fit - Adult Basketball Training for me?

If you want to improve your cardio fitness while learning basketball skills, Chase Fit – Adult Basketball Training is for you. Enjoy working out in a group environment where exercises are centered around basketball and built into fun and rewarding drills.

Chase Fit sessions target all fitness levels for adults 18+ of all genders. Our experienced Coaches will ensure the session meets your fitness and basketball ability, while pushing you to improve and reach your goals.

What should I expect at a Chase Fit session?

We practice fitness through basketball training, using drills that incorporate cardio conditioning and game specific concepts.  Each session is designed to be different, with a warm up and cool down, cardio segment, basketball skills practice, high calorie burn drills and a short form game.
