Every workout is purpose built to enhance skills—whether it’s shooting, footwork or court awareness—and aligned with the player’s goals. With history in representative-level playing and coaching, our team provides a premium, tailored experience that supports growth at any stage. Spots are strictly limited, ensuring your child receives the focus they deserve.

Frequently asked questions

What does my child wear to an Individual Workout session?

All Individual Workout participants are to wear non-marking basketball runners, shorts, and/or tracksuit pants.

Does my child need to bring a basketball?

Basketballs are provided on-site for the duration of the session but a child may bring their ball if they desire.

Are parents allowed to stay and watch?

Yes. A parent or adult guardian must be present for the entire individual workout.

Where are Individual Workouts held?

Chase Individual Workouts are held at satellite Venues Albert Park College and Port Melbourne Secondary College. These state-of-the-art gyms give players private space to build their confidence and skills. Checkout the Chase Individual Workout Calendar to choose your perfect session. 

Why are sessions only for 10-year-olds and above?

For younger athletes, learning in a team environment is more effective for building foundational skills, confidence and growing a love for the game. From age 10, one-on-one sessions can better support individual development, emerging passion for the game and personal goals.
